Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days as we hand-pack your professional-grade ingredients.

Do you offer MSDS and COA documents for your ingredients?

Yes, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for download directly on the product pages to ensure your formulations meet safety standards.

What is your return policy for bulk supplies?

Due to the nature of raw ingredients and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, powders, or fragrances. Unopened equipment and packaging may be returned within 30 days.

Do you offer international shipping for beauty supplies?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred during the importation process.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing?

We do not have a strict minimum order amount; however, we offer tiered pricing discounts. The more you buy of a specific botanical, oil, or container, the lower your price per unit becomes.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. You can also view your order status by logging into your account dashboard.
