At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we strive to ensure your soap and cosmetic making experience is seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not on the non-returnable list which includes hazardous materials, fragrances, and flavors.

Request an RMA

Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request for approval.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
